At DAGGRY design, we are committed to run a highly sustainable furniture and textile brand. Our foremost contribution to the environment is through the quality and longevity of our products, crafted from natural and reused materials.

 

We will ensure all materials are ethically sourced, and commit to use eco-friendly, renewable, and recyclable materials such as FSC certified wood, and BCI certified raw materials for textiles. DAGGRY bed linen, and our Portuguese producer is GOTS certified. Our lighting collection Forest Eye, launching in 2025 is made of massive FSC-certified ash and produced in Europe. We design for durability and repairability, extending product life and reducing waste. To further reduce our carbon footprint, we will optimize logistics and aim to achieve Cradle to Cradle certification for overall product sustainability.

 

As a global community we are facing a severe climate challenge which DAGGRY is not going to solve alone. We know that production is not a solution to end this global crisis, but we also know that society is not ready nor able to stop consuming, in fact production needs to be kept alive. DAGGRY design is therefore determined to find innovative solutions to reuse and produce with longevity and product afterlife as objectives

 

Transparency is essential to us. We will communicate openly about our practices and sustainability efforts, building trust with our customers. Additionally, we will educate our community about sustainable practices, fostering a culture of environmental responsibility.
