Ordering
daggry.com is open for orders 24 hours a day. The website may be temporarily closed for maintenance.
Orders placed on weekdays are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours. Orders received on weekends or on Norwegian bank holidays are usually shipped the next business day. DAGGRY design AS reserves the right to extend delivery times during busy periods or due to changes in standard delivery times from our shipping and delivery partners.
During the ordering process, you can modify your details and your order before completing the purchase.
Payment
Payment will be charged to your account when the order is shipped. As a customer, you have the following payment options:

Card Fees
Fees for payments with cards issued to private consumers are covered by DAGGRY design AS.

DAGGRY design AS does not offer delivery on a specific day or time, as all orders are processed in chronological order. DAGGRY design cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by our shipping partners. Please note that we only ship to private or business addresses, not to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
Right of Withdrawal
As a customer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your goods. If multiple items from the same order are delivered separately, the right of withdrawal expires 14 days after delivery of the last item. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform DAGGRY design AS that you wish to cancel the purchase. Please send an email to hello@daggry.com with your order number, name, delivery address, and the email address used for the order. Note: You cannot cancel by refusing to receive the goods without also notifying us in writing.
Return
If you wish to return an item, it must be sent back as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your decision to cancel the purchase. When returning an order, you must include the order confirmation or information clearly showing your name, order number, delivery address, and email address, along with the product you wish to return.
When returning an item, you are responsible for ensuring the package is securely packed. We recommend reusing the packaging you received your item in, if possible. We also suggest that you keep the receipt as proof of delivery to the post office/carrier and note the tracking number. DAGGRY recommends choosing a trackable shipping method.
Please ensure that old shipping labels are not visible on the package when returning, and note that DAGGRY does not pick up shipments sent to a pickup location/post office or packages sent cash on delivery. Returns must be sent directly to our address:

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, please notify us via email (hello@daggry.com) and return the original item to us. Then place a new order on our website.
Conditions for Returned Goods
Bed linen is considered a hygiene product and cannot be resold as a new product if it has been tested, washed, or used by others.
Returns and exchanges not due to a complaint or defect must be unused and in a condition suitable for resale as new products. This means that items returned to DAGGRY design must be unused, in original packaging, and folded as when delivered.
Refund of Purchase Price
If you return an item, we will refund the payment of your order, excluding shipping costs, to the same payment method used during purchase. Refunds will be issued as soon as we receive your returned item in the described condition, within a maximum of 14 days.
Complaint
We refer to our care and washing guidelines to ensure the longevity of our products and proper use and handling. The guidelines can be found on the product pages at daggry.com.
